TA Encoding Issue, May 2017

Recently, an issue with data deletions was brought to our attention that can lead to potential loss of encoding data. The issue may potentially affect any clients performing transfer articulation encoding in uAchieve Self-Service, specific to the and 4.4 releases. We have provided patches in the Support Center for resolving the issue in affected versions.
