Tips & Tricks: Catalog and Course Information Submission

Tips & Tricks: Catalog and Course Information SubmissionHave you submitted your 2015-2016 course catalog to CollegeSource?

We have plenty of options for you to get the information to us. If you have a PDF version of your catalog smaller than 10MB, you can email the file or a link to us at library@collegesource.com. A member of our Acquisitions and Data Assessment team will help get your catalog into our TES, Transferology, and CollegeSource Online systems. If the file is too big for email, you can upload it here: http://www.collegesource.com/upload. Contact library@collegesource.com for a password. If your catalog is only available in an HTML format, you can email library@collegesource.com a link to the website.

We still accept paper catalogs, too. Even if you have sent us an electronic version, we would appreciate a paper copy as well. This helps us to ensure the accuracy of your catalog. Physical catalogs can be mailed to:

ATTN: Acquisitions and Data Assessment
CollegeSource, Inc.
8090 Engineer Road
San Diego, CA 92111

If you are in a rush to have your course data added to TES and Transferology or you no longer have a traditional catalog, we have the ability to directly import the course information. The import specifications can be found at http://tes.collegesource.com/support/faq/TES_coursedataimport.asp. We would prefer to get this information at the same time as your catalog, that way we can ensure the data is matched with your catalog. So please include the import file with your upload or email.
