Single-session intensives

There will be two in-depth sessions on uAchieve functional topics on Monday, June 17. Attendees may choose to participate in one or both sessions as add-ons to their conference experience.

Morning session

Monday, June 17 from 9:00 – 11:00am

Enforcing Limits in uAchieve

Discover the types of limits uAchieve enforces on the application of coursework (and what isn’t actually a limit), how and when uAchieve enforces limits, options that affect limit enforcement, and best practices for encoding and having limits work well.

Afternoon session

Monday June 17 from 1:00 – 3:00pm

Fully Utilizing uAchieve Transfer Articulation

With the majority of students bringing in some sort of transfer credit and many states enacting structured state-wide transfer programs that need to be followed for compliance purposes, there is often a need for more complex Transfer Articulation (TA) encoding in uAchieve. This session will provide an in-depth look at how to fully utilize TA and degree audit encoding to automate many transfer processes at the institution. Topics will include a review of advanced TA encoding in the IREF and transfer tables, how to automate a number of different types of structured transfer programs, and how to set up non-traditional TA rules.

How to sign up

One or both of the uAchieve single-session intensives can be purchased as add-ons to a General Conference Admission for $199 each and can be selected during registration.
