An all-in-one institution-facing solution, TES enables researching transfer credit, tracking evaluations, and managing equivalencies for registrars, enrollment managers and transfer coordinators.
Using TES, staff are able to quickly locate course descriptions, route and track the evaluation process, store, manage, group, and publicize the resulting equivalencies, and employ powerful algorithms to generate lists of equivalencies between institutions.
The only nationwide open transfer network with comprehensive transfer data, Transferology is a cloud-based solution that provides student access to millions of course-to-course and program-to-program transfer equivalencies.
Transferology provides institutions a nationwide presence for recruiting students and a venue for publicizing transfer articulation information. This information helps assist college advisors, students, and parents in making informed decisions when transferring higher education credit.
“One of the effects of the pandemic will be a dramatic increase in student transfer rates over the next few years. As course credit loss can hinder transfer student success by impacting time to degree and increasing the costs of completing a degree, having access to tools for unifying the transfer experience and preserving credits is critical. TES and Transferology are valuable transfer navigation tools for our higher education institutions and students alike.”
–NEBHE President and CEO Michael K. Thomas
Both TES and Transferology can be fully integrated to allow credit evaluators to make decisions based on real student usage data, thus creating a seamless and holistic transfer solution.
